Present your card after you have arrived at our office and you will receive 15% off the total amount of the transaction (up to $500). Your card is valid for use on all services with Dr. Mercado & Dr. De La Vega. They performs all injections personally- You will not be seen by a nurse or P.A.

General Terms and Conditions:
- Your card has been pre-loaded with $500 in savings and may be redeemed at the office of EternaMD Dr. Mercado & Dr. De La Vega are the only Plastic Surgeons to offer both traditional liposuction and laser liposuction here in the Orlando area.
- For services such as Botox, dermal fillers and skin care: Present your card before your purchase or service, and we will deduct 15% off the total retail value.
- For procedures, (except insurance-related ones), at Eterna MD's Practice: Present your card after you have scheduled a procedure to receive 15% off the total amount due. Card does not apply toward insurance-related cases, discounted procedures, operating room or anesthesia costs.
- All discounts will be deducted from the balance of your card. You may use your card as often as you like until your balance is $0, or until your card expires on January 31, 2012.
- One card per transaction
- Your card is transferable to family & friends
- Your card may not be valid with other discount offers or advertised specials
- Your card is not valid toward prior purchases or services
- Your card excludes state & local taxes
