Dr. De La Vega has been in Family Practice since 1995. She was given the denomination of “Ethic Physician” by the American College of Physicians. Certified in Aesthetics through the Ageless Institute, Dr. De La Vega is trained in procedures and services including Botox, Restylane, cosmetic fillers, laser resurfacing, body image and contouring, Mesotherapy, acne treatments with a concentration on teenagers, and cellulite treatments. Dr. De La Vega is also a speaker on several topics related to women’s health, including menopause, body image, exercise and proper diet, and cellulite management. She holds seminars on preventive medicine for pre-menopausal and menopausal women, with special interests in bio-identical hormone replacement for her female patients. She underwent training in Antiaging in Paris, France. Dr. De La Vega has concentrated in women’s health all her life, through a combination of aesthetics and hormone replacement.

Dr Mercado is the founder of Eternamd. Eternamd is a MEDICAL REJUVENATION CENTER. Dr Mercado specializes in full rejuvenation. He treats both the inside and the outside. The inside is done through a comprehensive assessment of hormones, exercise and eating habits as well as DNA testing to provide a full evaluation of the patient. Once this is accomplished and vitality and skin rejuvenation occurs then the outside is treated using all types of cosmetic procedures for non-surgical rejuvenation of the face such as fillers using special techniques such as lasers, IPL, mesotherapy using techniques such as the “mesolift”, skin tightening.

Dr Mercado has put together different types of laser procedures at the hands of all people in central Florida such as the “South Beach Peel” which is a combination of resurfacing laser and IPL. This procedure is done within an hour and has minimal down-time. Also he offers the START procedure which is combination of IPL and skin tightening. He believes that time is important to the patient so with this variety menu he can provide immediate results to the patient for a complete rejuvenation.

One of his areas of expertise is fat dissolution. Dr Mercado considers “obesity and fat problems” a condition similar to having “cancer” in which the fat cells are fed in the similar way as cancerous cells. Dr Mercado has extensive training on what is called “lipodissolve” as a treatment for fat dissolution.

Cellulite is other area of expertise and he uses several techniques such as carboxitherapy which is a technique used in Europe and South America for more than 50 years. He is one of the pioneers bringing this technique to Central Florida. Also he uses different lasers, mesotherapy and vacuumtherapy for the treatment of cellulite.

Dr Mercado has had extensive training in Europe in both “Anti-aging therapies” and aesthetic procedures. He believes that the consultation one to one provides the exact customization of treatment to the patient. He is working extensively at this point in time on different approaches on how to prevent aging starting at the age of 30.
